Chilliandspice.com.au want to ensure that your goods arrive to you in prefect condition. We will always wrap in either paper or bubble wrap and securely box up. Boxes will be marked as FRAGILE.
Delivery
Chilliandspice.com.au will in the main use Australia Post for delivery. Our delivery charges will be added to your order during processing and you have the option to proceed or cancel during this process. For overseas shipping please contact us on info@chilliandspice.com.au for a quote Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or credit for you, so long as the products are returned:
Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
Undamaged ( unless the return is due to it arriving damaged)
Returned within 30 days of delivery
In a saleable condition upon return
Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, please e.mail info@chilliandspice.com.au to obtain a returns form. You can then return the item through Australia Post using our Reply Paid address (full instructions appear on the returns form). Please note that items returned without the appropriate paperwork cannot be processed and refunds cannot be issued.
Refunds
Chilliandspice.com.au can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:
credit your credit card or PAYPAL or Bank account depending on the method of payment used when purchasing the goods
or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future chilliandspice.com.au purchase and is valid for 12 months
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee
a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded
Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
